We provide new construction services for both residential and commercial projects. These include bathroom remodeling, home additions, and new house construction.
Hydro-Excavation
Hydro-excavation is a non-destructive digging method that uses pressurized water to break up soil, creating a slurry that is removed using a vacuum system. It’s useful for delicate infrastructure as it uncovers underground utilities with minimal risk of damage.
Sewer Jetting
Water jetting is a method of sewer cleaning that uses high-pressure water streams to clear blockages and debris from sewer lines. We use a trailer-mounted machine that can push through any blockage.
Rodding vs. Jetting
While rodding can be effective for certain types of clogs, it may not clean the pipe walls as thoroughly as water jetting. Rodding can also pose a risk of pipe damage, especially in older or fragile pipes, and may only provide a temporary solution as it doesn’t remove the buildup that can lead to future blockages.
Utility Marking
Julie Utility Marking (call 811) will only mark the approximate location of utility lines without any depth information. We are able to expose the utilities themselves, so for excavation purposes it is know exactly where everything lies.
Directional Boring
Directional Boring is a trenchless method used to install underground utilities with minimal surface disruption. The method is very efficient and cost effective compared to traditional excavation without being as disruptive to the landscape.
Excavation
We can excavate trenches for piping, small foundation work, and even provide removal and disposal of excess dirt.
